VargasAndrews is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant who can lead teams, work directly with U.S.-based clients, and improve accounting processes and systems.

This client-facing leadership role requires strong technical accounting expertise, exceptional attention to detail, proactive communication, and robust relationship management.

You will coordinate people and deliverables, review accounting work, mentor junior staff, and advance automation and AI-driven tools across engagements.

Formación

• 5–7 years in a Senior Accountant or lead role with U.S.-based client experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent English communication and client-relations skills.
• Professional credentials required; CPA or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full accounting cycle across multiple client accounts.
• Oversee client engagement and team delivery to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Review work of junior staff and mentor teammates.
