Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Lead Accountant to lead the tax team and oversee US tax compliance for individuals and businesses at a corporate services firm specialized in startups and international companies.

This role is ideal for a hands-on US Tax professional with experience supervising teams, reviewing tax returns, managing client relations, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the tax team, managing priorities, deadlines, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee federal, state, and international tax compliance for individual and business clients (LLCs, partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps).
• Support tax planning, identify risks/opportunities, and ensure overall accuracy before filing.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, explaining complex tax strategies and recommendations.
• Partner with internal Accounting, Finance, and Legal teams to optimize workflows.

Requirements
