CSS is seeking a Senior Accountant in Colombia to maintain accurate financial records, ensure proper ledger entries, and assist with monthly closings. The role involves analyzing costs, revenues, and obligations to forecast outcomes and guide junior staff as needed.

You will prepare balance sheets, income statements, and reports, coordinate with auditors, and implement accounting controls. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience are required; professional qualifications

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Strong accounting principles and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with complex financial statements and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares journal entries, analyzes accounts, and assists monthly closing.
• Maintains general ledger and reconciles subsidiary ledgers.
• Resolves discrepancies and prepares financial reports for management.
• Coordinates with auditors during audits and implements control procedures.
• Prepares budgets, variance analyses, and expense monitoring.
• Supports senior staff and may guide lower-level accountants.
