Decowraps, a global leader in innovative packaging for the floral industry, seeks a Senior Accountant in Bogotá with exposure to multinational operations. The role involves monthly closes, intercompany work, and asset management across regions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 4+ years in accounting, experience with IFRS/US GAAP, and strong English. This hybrid position offers collaboration across North America, Europe, and Asia.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience supporting multiple entities and working within structured month-end close processes.
• Knowledge of fixed assets, intercompany accounting, foreign currency transactions, and ERP systems.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in multinational environments, IFRS and/or US GAAP knowledge, and experience supporting external audits are highly valued.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Accountant, you will become a key contributor to our global finance organization.

You will participate in monthly and annual financial close processes, support financial reporting across multiple international entities, manage fixed assets and intangible assets, perform account and bank reconciliations, oversee intercompany transactions and foreign currency accounting, support audit processes, and collaborate closely with finance teams located across several regions of the world.

You will also have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of international accounting standards, multinational operations, and financial systems while contributing to strategic business growth.

What We're Looking For
