Job summary

Jeeves is hiring an Account Executive — Stablecoin Solutions to lead go-to-market for Jeeves InstantPay and related stablecoin products. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, the role is full-time hybrid, requiring 2–3 days in the Parque de la 93 office.

You will own a high-impact sales territory, close high-value deals, run pilots, and drive adoption by helping customers reduce settlement time and FX costs while ensuring regulatory safety.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
• Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, or related infrastructure; or cross-border payments, FX, treasury products.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus; global role requiring cross-regional communication.
• Experience selling to senior finance leaders (CFOs) and managing complex procurement processes.
• Excellent consultative selling skills; able to build financial models and demonstrate ROI.
• Strong networking in exporters/importers, e-commerce, logistics, SaaS sectors.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment; proactive and metrics-driven.
• Experience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).

Responsibilities

• Acquire high-quality new clients through outbound strategies and cross-sell existing clients.
• Run full sales cycles for Jeeves InstantPay and stablecoin solutions, including pilots and implementations.
• Target mid-market and enterprise customers across assigned regions; drive revenue growth.
• Sell to CFO/Head of Treasury level, demonstrate FX economics and operational benefits.
• Lead pilots and coordinate cross-functional delivery for smooth onboarding.
• Develop GTM plays and collaborate with Marketing to drive demand and case studies.
