BairesDev is actively seeking a Semi Senior SDET to design and develop advanced automated testing solutions. You will leverage programming and testing skills to ensure software quality, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and drive test strategies across projects.

You will mentor junior SDETs, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help elevate testing standards in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with flexible hours and a diverse global team.

Formación

• 3+ years of software development and testing experience.
• Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, Cypress or Java.
• Experience with API and UI testing.
• CI/CD integration experience.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creation and execution of complex automated test suites and frameworks.
• Mentor junior SDETs and guide advanced testing techniques.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve test coverage and quality.
• Optimize test automation processes for efficiency and reliability.

Semi Senior SDET at BairesDev

In this role, you are responsible for designing and developing advanced test automation solutions. You'll utilize your skills in programming and testing to ensure software quality, optimize test processes, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

What you will do

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in software development and testing.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java.
• Experience with API and UI testing.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages used in test automation.
• Basic IT infrastructure and database knowledge.
• Experience in integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.
