IntouchCX is seeking an Operations Security Jr. Manager in Bogotá to support the Operations Security department. The role involves maintaining security controls, supporting audits, and staying current with security trends, policies, and client requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years in fraud, risk, compliance, IT, security or process building within BPO.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google products.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, PCI DSS or similar frameworks.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the controls matrix in alignment with compliance frameworks and standards.
• Prepare and review incident and status reports, identify issues, and report to senior management and clients as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflow to implement processes per client policies, closing security gaps.
• Track and monitor partner assessment progress.
• Track action items to drive closure.
• Lead customer-facing security gap reviews and investigations.
• Manage the operations security support team.
