Grupo Aenza is seeking an SDET / Test Automation Engineer to drive automated testing across modernized applications from .NET 6 to .NET 10. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable test frameworks, collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and the Tech Lead to ensure reliable releases throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in SDET, Test Automation, or QA engineering roles.
• Strong experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with Playwright or similar modern test automation tools.
• Experience testing web applications built with .NET, React, and TypeScript technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira, and Agile development teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests for modernized applications.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Participate in manual testing to achieve full coverage of modernized applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document software defects and quality issues.
• Validate application upgrades, dependency updates, and compatibility changes introduced during modernization.
• Execute test automation against web applications, APIs, and supporting services.
• Analyze test results, provide quality metrics, and communicate risks to project stakeholders.
• Promote test automation best practices and continuous quality improvement across both development squads.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including (automated) test plans, test cases, test results, defect tracking, and release readiness.
