AgileEngine, a leading software development partner, is seeking a Scrum Master to run core ceremonies and build high-functioning delivery teams across one to three squads. The role emphasizes servant leadership, lightweight processes, and continuous improvement across cross-functional groups.
The successful candidate will professionally coach teams on Agile practices, facilitate collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders, and contribute to Scrum of Scrums and program-wide
Formación
- 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience on software engineering or product delivery teams.
- Proven ability to execute core Scrum Master accountabilities independently for one or two concurrent teams.
- Demonstrated servant leadership and coaching of Agile practices without enforcing rigid processes.
Responsabilidades
- Execute core Scrum ceremonies across delivery teams with minimal supervision.
- Design, implement, and improve the Scrum framework with Tech Leads and TPMs.
- Monitor team capacity and manage sprint injections impact on commitments.
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Champion Agile best practices at a sustainable pace to keep processes lightweight.
