Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to serve as the technical authority for a multi-cloud environment spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will triage a backlog, advise on platform roadmap, and lead the technical transition of a managed services engagement from an incumbent vendor.

The role requires deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, and integration patterns, with strong stakeholder management and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience including architecture roles across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience owning and prioritizing an existing backlog of enhancements/defects.
• Experience with vendor transitions or managed services takeovers and technical due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize defects/enhancements and migrate legacy customizations to Flow/Apex.
• Define a phased target-state architecture and a roadmap balancing quick wins with modernization.
• Lead knowledge transfer from incumbents and define cutover plans and hypercare support.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to serve as the technical authority for a multi-cloud environment spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
