Job summary

Softtek in Bogotá, Colombia seeks an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, and to support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and AMS initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, work with technical teams to define requirements, and support MuleSoft integrations.

Fluency in English and Spanish, plus Salesforce certifications, are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce platforms.
• Experience in Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and AMS projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of business processes and their translation into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with MuleSoft integrations related to orders, customers, products, pricing, and notifications.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce platforms.
• Experience participating in Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and AMS (Application Management Services) projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of business processes and their translation into Salesforce solutions.
