Job Description

We are looking for senior Salesforce profiles with experience in both consulting and development to join our team. This role includes:

• Analysis of Salesforce requirements.
• Design and implementation of functional solutions of complexity in projects.
• Provide effort estimates for projects.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with technology vendors as needed.
• Contribute to solution validation against functional requirements.
• Generate functional documentation for completed projects.
• Organizational and execution skills.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across departments and technology vendors.
• Develop and customize applications in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.
• Collaborate on Salesforce configuration, including creation of custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automations.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems via APIs and integration tools.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration and consulting.
• Experience in business or process consulting is a plus.
• Experience with CPQ implementation and maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, automated processes).
• Experience in system integration via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with various Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Language skills are valued.
