We seek a Senior Solution Architect (CRM) to lead CRM implementations across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, from discovery through go-live, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in roles such as Implementation Consultant, BA, Solution Architect, or Systems Consultant.
• Proven experience leading core CRM implementations across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on Salesforce skills with ability to design across clouds and integrations.

Position Overview

Location: Colombia — 100% Remote

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)

Work Environment: Client-facing consulting team working with U.S. clients and international professionals

Role Summary

As a Solution Architect, CRM (Salesforce), you will join a U.S.-based Salesforce consulting partner that serves small and mid-sized companies in regulated industries. You will lead core CRM implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, from discovery and solution design to build, quality assurance, and go-live. Working closely with a Project Manager on each engagement, you will own the solution and make sure every key project task gets done, no matter who completes it. This role is ideal for a hands‑on Salesforce expert who can lead both technical and business conversations with clients and brings strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and consulting sessions with clients using a consultative approach.
• Lead core CRM implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design solutions and technical architecture focused on usability and scalability, with minimal technical debt.
• Document solution designs and secure client approval.
• Oversee and participate in build work and quality assurance, building or testing solutions yourself when needed.
• Partner with the Project Manager to make sure all project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Manage implementations through to successful completion, including thorough documentation.
• Conduct solution walkthroughs with clients and support go-live.
• Understand how CRM solutions work together with other clouds, such as Marketing Cloud, to design cohesive solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience as an Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Systems Consultant on Salesforce projects.
• Proven experience leading core CRM implementations (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud).
• Hands‑on Salesforce skills, with the ability to design across clouds and integrations.
• Professional services background, managing multiple client projects at the same time under a billable‑hours model.
• Strong business acumen, problem‑solving, and technical skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence leading sessions with U.S.-based clients.
• Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud expertise.
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.
• General knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or MuleSoft.
• Experience with Agentforce or AI-related projects.
