AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to build reliable CI/CD pipelines with Copado and related tooling. You will manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production, reducing manual release effort through automation.

You will troubleshoot metadata conflicts and coordinate with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define deployment processes. Strong English and collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience; deployment and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management.
• Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with change sets, metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Copado Fundamentals or advanced Copado certification.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or related certifications.
• Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise delivery environments.
• Knowledge of test automation and release governance best practices.
