Upwork is seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. You will focus on custom CRM development, automation, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities that enhance sales, service, and operations.

You will design and deploy Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations, while ensuring security, governance, and performance best practices across the Salesforce platform.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Hands-on Apex, SOQL, LWC, and triggers expertise.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience building integrations via REST APIs.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and configuration.
• Develop reusable Apex services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
• Build scalable automation and integration solutions aligned with best practices.
• Support AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities and agent-focused experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain REST API integrations with external systems.
• Ensure security controls and governor-limit considerations are applied.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, release planning, and documentation.
