About the Role

Help shape the Salesforce solutions that power the Firm’s growth. As our Salesforce Architect, you’ll combine hands‑on technical expertise with strategic leadership to design and build custom applications that simplify complex business processes, improve operational efficiency, and equip teams to work more effectively.

Partnering with product owners, developers, and stakeholders, you’ll turn business needs into scalable, maintainable, and high‑performing solutions—from complex data structures to document‑centric workflows. You’ll guide architectural decisions, provide technical direction, and build a sustainable foundation for the platform’s continued evolution. This is an opportunity to solve meaningful business challenges and make a lasting impact on how the Firm operates and grows.

Your Key Contributions

  • Architect data‑intensive and document‑centric workflows, including document generation, storage, e‑signature, OCR, and secure sharing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to streamline processes through automation and define system and integration requirements.
  • Lead technical design sessions and maintain detailed solution documentation, data models, and architecture artifacts.
  • Oversee the development lifecycle for Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and reliable integrations with enterprise and third‑party platforms.
  • Ensure solution quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to secure coding practices.
  • Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and technical debt, leading innovation and modernization efforts to improve business processes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect role focused on custom development.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce Platform.
  • Background in legal, insurance, healthcare, or other document‑heavy industries preferred.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Platform.
  • Experience designing workflows involving automated document generation, OCR, e‑signature integration, and secure sharing.
  • Decision Quality: Evaluates business requirements, technical risks, and platform capabilities to make sound architectural decisions that balance immediate needs with long‑term scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Drives Results: Provides technical direction and resolves barriers to deliver reliable Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives and improve operational performance.
  • Manages Complexity: Synthesizes complex business processes, data requirements, and system dependencies into cohesive Salesforce architectures that support data‑intensive and document‑centric workflows.
  • Optimizes Work Processes: Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, integration, and platform modernization, reducing manual effort and technical debt.
