Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to design and build scalable applications that power growth and efficiency. You will lead technical direction, develop data models, and guide Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integrations with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Salesforce experience, including architecture-focused roles.
• Certified Application Architect or System Architect; CTA is a plus.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud and Platform.
• Experience with DevOps tools and agile environments.
• Ability to design data-intensive and document-centric workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using native features, custom development, and integrations.
• Lead architectural reviews and establish technical standards for scalability, performance, security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and admins.
• Design data models and custom objects with extensive fields for performance and usability.
• Architect data-intensive and document-centric workflows, including document generation, storage, OCR, e-signature, and secure sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes through automation and define integration requirements.
• Lead technical design sessions and maintain architecture artifacts and data models.
• Oversee the development lifecycle for Apex, LWC, APIs, and reliable integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, tests, and secure coding practices.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and debt to drive modernization efforts.
