SAP Colombia Next Gen is recruiting a recent university graduate for the Sales Operations Associate – SAP Next Gen role in Bogota. You will support the development of area strategy, execution, and operational plans while assisting a project team to meet deadlines.

Candidates should have advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills, some knowledge of databases, and be able to apply AI tooling to daily work. This temporary position offers learning, growth, and a pathway to ongoing opportunities.

Formación

• Must be a recent University graduate with a Bachelor's degree
• Open to various educational backgrounds
• Experience in operations-related fields is an advantage
• 0–2 years of professional experience (not including internships)

Responsabilidades

• Support development of area-specific strategy, execution and operational plans
• Support monitoring of goals (scope, quality, budget, time) to ensure quality goals are met
• Process Definition & Enhancement
• Support process definition, rollout and monitoring
• Support continuous process and quality improvements
• Execution of periodic reports for program & project operations
• Support planning meetings and coordination of project management activities
• Support usage of BW and reporting framework
