Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist for Partner Enablement & Scalable Frameworks in Bogotá to design and implement scalable onboarding, governance, contracting, reporting, and operational frameworks. You will work with Partnerships, Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to improve how partner relationships are evaluated, enabled, and scaled.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience in partnerships, sales operations, business operations, consulting, analytics, enablement, project management, or strategy-related functions.
Experience with analytics, BI, reporting, or data analysis roles handling large datasets and communicating insights to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with Salesforce, reporting tools, dashboards, or workflow management platforms.

Responsabilidades

Design and implement scalable partner onboarding and enablement frameworks.
Develop process documentation, operating procedures, playbooks, and governance models.
Drive governance, contracting, and cross-functional execution across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Data Privacy, and other teams.
Analyze data, build dashboards, and deliver insights to support decision-making and performance measurement.
