Hilton is seeking a Sales Apprentice to support the Sales Team with daily operations, client engagement, lead tracking, and sales initiatives. This role focuses on business development activities and maintaining accurate sales records while preparing commercial materials.

You will assist in coordinating client site inspections, proposals, and presentations, and collaborate across departments to drive revenue goals.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Technical, Technologist, or Professional program in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, International Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Eligible to complete an apprenticeship or internship agreement according to local regulations.
• Strong interest in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare reports and assist in tracking sales performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of commercial activities.
• Support customer relationship management initiatives and contribute to guest satisfaction.
• Provide assistance with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives when required.
