Hilton Colombia is seeking a courteous WAITER / WAITRESS to join our Hotels team. You’ll deliver food and drinks with warmth, ensure guest satisfaction, and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

As part of our service crew, you will master the menu, take orders with a POS system, keep stations stocked and clean, and adhere to health and safety standards while delivering thoughtful, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Delight our guests with an upbeat attitude and attentive service.
• Learn the menu and promotions to answer guest questions.
• Take orders, enter into POS, deliver promptly.
• Maintain clean, stocked service stations and comply with standards.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Master the menu: Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence
• Serve with efficiency and care: Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly - attention to detail is key!
• Manage the service station: Make sure the service station is always fully stocked, clean, and organized
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
