Loop AI is seeking a highly technical and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to guide onboarding, integrations, configuration, training, and ongoing adoption for US-based customers. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure smooth implementations and rapid value realization.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, with heavy interaction with customers and internal teams.

Formación

• Native or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written).
• 2+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Consulting, or similar role.
• Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and technical workflows.
• Experience using CRMs and modern SaaS tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer onboarding from contract to launch.
• Lead customer implementation projects with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate integrations with POS systems and third-party platforms.
• Configure customer accounts and validate data quality.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and customer training.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with Engineering support.
• Translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
• Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently with strong communication.
• Monitor customer health and identify adoption improvements.
• Document customer requirements and implementation processes.
• Become a product expert and advise best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations.
