Sailglobal is seeking a pre-sales Solution Architect to support an online sales team in developing public cloud and generative AI opportunities with international customers expanding into overseas markets.

You will communicate with customers to understand their business and technical architecture, identify cloud/AI opportunities, and design end-to-end solutions involving generative AI, computing, storage, networking, security, Kubernetes, databases, and big data.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a nationally and internationally recognized institution.
• More than five years of overall professional experience.
• At least two years of relevant experience in public cloud services, DevOps, IT architecture, AI products, or AI solutions.
• Experience in AI product and solution design, public cloud pre-sales, cloud development, or cloud operations and maintenance.
• Experience designing customer cloud architecture and working with cloud-based DevOps.
• Familiarity with the product portfolio of at least one major cloud vendor.
• Relevant technical certification from a major cloud provider (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with mainstream AI models such as Qwen, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Doubao.
• Experience using platforms/tools to build AI applications (LangChain, Bailian/PAI, Dify, n8n, MCP, Claude).
• Experience in or familiarity with industries such as internet, gaming, e-commerce, Web3, media, retail, or finance.
• Fluent English; ability to conduct conference calls and daily business communication.
• Fluent Spanish for professional communication.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Work as a pre-sales technical consultant in public cloud and generative AI to support the online sales team’s business development.
• Communicate closely with international customers to understand their business and technical architecture and identify cloud and AI adoption opportunities.
• Leverage cloud and Qwen AI capabilities to design end-to-end AI and cloud solutions.
• Design solutions involving Qwen AI, computing, storage, networking, security, Kubernetes, databases, and big data.
• Support customers’ AI solution design, including use-case research, model and tool selection, technology-stack consultation, and AI solution architecture design.
• Provide engineering support for AI proofs of concept and demos involving RAG, workflows, and agents.
• Collaborate with internal product and service teams to help key-account customers adopt cloud and AI products.
• Act as a technical liaison between international customers and internal teams; support major cloud operations for key accounts.

About the Role

We are seeking a pre-sales Solution Architect to support an online sales team in developing public cloud and generative AI opportunities with international customers and companies expanding into overseas markets.

In this role, you will communicate closely with customers to understand their business and technical architecture, identify cloud and AI adoption opportunities, and design feasible end-to-end solutions involving generative AI, computing, storage, networking, security, Kubernetes, databases, and big data.

You will also support generative AI solution design and engineering validation, including use-case research, model and tool selection, solution architecture design, proofs of concept, and demos involving RAG, workflows, and AI agents.

Job Description

• Support customers’ generative AI solution design, including AI use-case research, model and tool selection, technology-stack consultation, and AI solution architecture design.
• Provide engineering support for AI proofs of concept and demos involving RAG, workflows, and agents.
• Collaborate with internal product and service teams to help key-account customers effectively adopt cloud and AI products.
• Act as a technical liaison between international customers and internal teams.Support the resolution of major cloud operations and maintenance issues for key-account customers and help improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a nationally and internationally recognized institution.
• More than five years of overall professional experience.
• At least two years of relevant experience in public cloud services, DevOps, IT architecture, AI products, or AI solutions.
• Experience in areas such as AI product and solution design and development, public cloud pre-sales, cloud development, or cloud operations and maintenance.
• Experience designing customer cloud architecture and working with cloud-based DevOps.
• Familiarity with the product portfolio of at least one major cloud vendor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong English-language solution presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working for cloud providers, AI companies, or their business partners.
• Overseas work or study experience.
• Experience working directly with international customers.
• Experience designing and implementing medium- or large-scale AI projects.
• Experience supporting customers’ AI transformation, including end-to-end architecture design covering model selection, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agent orchestration.
• Ability to develop AI demos or conduct proof-of-concept validation using Model Studio/Bailian, MCP, or other mainstream open-source or closed-source AI application development platforms.
• Understanding of Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning theory.
• Proficiency with at least one fine-tuning tool or framework, such as the fine-tuning tools built into PAI-Model Studio/Bailian, LLaMA-Factory, SWIFT, or the Hugging Face PEFT library.
• Portuguese-language proficiency is a plus.
• Candidates with substantial relevant experience may be considered even if they do not fully meet the education requirement.
