Arup in Bogotá seeks a Roads and Streets Design Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary design activities for major transportation projects. You will coordinate technical interfaces, drive design management, and engage clients, managers, and authorities to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes roads and highways transportation infrastructure, with experience in BIM-enabled environments and strong Spanish/English communication. Colombia registration is desirable.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, Highway Engineering or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams on major transport projects.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Design Coordinator on transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Develop design management strategies and delivery plans.
• Manage design programmes, interfaces, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate geometry, pavements, geotechnics, drainage and structures.
• Lead design reviews, workshops and stakeholder coordination sessions.
• Support scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource planning.
• Foster collaboration and technical excellence across teams.
