Regnology is seeking an experienced risk management support professional to independently handle complex functional issues and collaborate with product and services teams. You will influence product enhancements, contribute to knowledge base content, and mentor junior analysts.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, Banking risk knowledge, and advanced Excel capabilities. English communication must be excellent; familiarity with Scrum and programming concepts a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• FRM/CFA/PRM or similar certifications are a plus.
• 0-4 years of experience in product support or business analysis with financial software.
• Strong analytical background in banking, risk management, or fintech.
• Understanding of banking products and risk measurement methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and reporting.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Scrum and programming concepts (Java/Python) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• First and second line functional support for banking clients on credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and valuations.
• Serve as SME for non-defect inquiries, helping with configuration, data interpretation, and usage.
• Identify root causes of defects and summarize findings for development with expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with product and services teams to resolve issues end-to-end.
• Participate in rotating on-call for weekends or after-hours support.
• Support knowledge base creation and internal/external documentation.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices for issue resolution.
