Revolut is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to strengthen our risk governance and reporting framework. You will track daily risk exposures, coach the business on controls, and partner with stakeholders across functions to maintain safety and resilience in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You’ll work closely with first-line defense teams to document risks, develop policies, and implement quantifiable risk metrics.

Formación

• 5+ years in operational risk management within banking or financial services.
• Understanding of core operational risk concepts.
• Ability to interpret and organize complex matters.
• Curious mindset and willingness to challenge assumptions.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Working with the first line of defence to identify, assess, document, and regularly review risks
• Coaching the business to design and implement controls
• Supporting development and implementation of operational risk policies, procedures, KPIs, and appetite statements
• Developing techniques for quantification of operational risk and resilience, including stress testing and impact tolerances
• Taking ownership of the risk incident management process, ensuring recording of risk events and managing incident reports
• Monitoring operational risk against limits and thresholds, producing reports to management and other stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining risk tools and systems
• Monitoring KRI breaches and working with risk owners to resolve them within a set timeline
• Conducting presentations and workshops on risk identification and mitigation
