Strada is seeking a Payroll Implementation Lead for LATAM, based in Colombia. The role requires leading international payroll configuration, data mapping, and go-live readiness across LATAM markets with a strong client-centric approach.

You will collaborate with global teams, ensure compliance with local regulations, and drive successful implementations through workshops, testing, and documentation. Fluent English and Spanish are essential.

Formación

• Degree in IT, Business, HR or related field with involvement in 5+ RHPRO implementations.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong communication and client-focused mindset.
• Strong commitment to teamwork, accountability for results, and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup.
• Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations.
• Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks.
• Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.
• Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.
• Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers to ensure timely milestones.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with proven involvement in 5+ successful RHPRO implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of several LATAM payroll regulations, like Argentina, Chile, Peru, etc, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
