ElevenLabs is seeking a RevOps Systems Architect to build a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack. This role blends Salesforce admin work with backend development to deliver intelligent automations and a CRM reflecting real business processes.

You will own platform administration, craft automations with Flows and Apex, and develop AI tooling that connects CRM to broader systems. Remote-friendly with global collaboration.

Formación

• Salesforce administration experience with deep familiarity across the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and platform configuration.
• Strong Apex development skills: build, debug, and maintain custom logic, triggers, and integrations.
• SQL proficiency with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
• Systems mindset: end-to-end process orientation and impact analysis.
• Interest in AI-native systems and integration of Salesforce with AI tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Administer our Salesforce org: object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health.
• Build automations via Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services powering GTM processes end to end.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling extending CRM functionality.
• Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines feeding dashboards and revenue reporting.
• Translate business problems into technical scope from stakeholder to solution.
