Right Hook Digital is seeking a Visual Designer to join our award-winning team, translating creative strategy into high-quality paid social ads across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and more. You’ll work with a dedicated Creative Strategist to bring briefs to life with strong hierarchy, typography, and motion across static, video and native formats.

The role emphasizes speed and quality, with deadlines, multi-brand work, and a focus on creative velocity.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience creating paid social, direct-response or conversion-focused creative.
• Strong portfolio showing range across brands, formats and visual styles.
• Experience across Meta and TikTok; knowledge of other platforms is a bonus.
• Experience with eCommerce, DTC or performance marketing brands; agency experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Turn strategy into ads built to perform across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create across formats: static, video, carousels, native social formats.
• Own executional details: hierarchy, typography, asset selection, pacing and transitions.
• Iterate from performance data and feedback with the Creative Strategist and team.
• Meet volume requirements without sacrificing quality; manage multiple brands and deadlines.
