AgileEngine seeks a Research Operations Associate to support a UX Research team by managing end-to-end participant recruitment for studies, with a strong focus on B2B employer participants. You will lead the migration of the UX research repository to Dovetail and coordinate with Legal and Policy on compliance, while collaborating with two research operations teams.

• 1–2 years supporting UX teams or coordinating research participants.
• Experience coordinating, scheduling, and managing multiple projects.
• Understanding of UX Research and Design Thinking.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end participant recruitment for UX studies, focusing on B2B employers, including sourcing, screening, NDAs, scheduling, and incentives.
• Communicate recruitment challenges to researchers and suggest alternatives.
• Lead migration of UX research repository from Google to Dovetail and help with organization and analysis.
• Serve as liaison between Research Operations and UX Research teams.
• Identify and improve Research Operations processes using design thinking and continuous improvement.
• Create recruitment resources and best practices for researchers.
• Support UX research lifecycle by partnering with researchers and understanding study requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal and Policy for participant compliance and approvals.
• Manage UX research vendors, procurement, and budget tracking.
