Job summary

ScholarshipOwl is seeking a Traffic Team Lead / User Acquisition Team Lead to own scaling across paid and affiliate channels. In a hands-on, player-coach capacity, you will mentor PPC and Affiliate Managers while staying involved in campaign mechanics, tracking, and partner economics.

You’ll drive profitability, scalability, and predictable growth by diagnosing attribution leaks, fighting fraud, and guiding a high-output team toward ambitious quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing / user acquisition
• At least 1 year hands-on PPC
• 1+ year managing a growth/traffic team

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach PPC and Affiliate Managers as a player-coach
• Set KPIs, testing roadmaps, and accountability standards
• Conduct performance reviews and own priorities across the team
• Manage multi‑channel budgets based on CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• Oversee daily campaign execution, bidding, and creative testing
• Negotiate affiliate deals and scale new traffic sources
• Deliver weekly forecasts and monitor payback periods and funnel conversion
