A growing remote team is seeking an experienced U.S. Tax Preparer. The ideal candidate should have strong bookkeeping skills and extensive knowledge of U.S. tax forms. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing tax returns, maintaining QuickBooks accounts, and ensuring compliance. This full-time role offers an hourly rate starting at $1288/month along with various benefits including medical stipends and holiday bonuses.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. individual and business tax preparation.
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with IRS and state filing requirements.
• Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online accounts.

Fluent English (B2/C1)

Fluent Spanish

Educación

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
