BairesDev is seeking a Test Engineer (Autonomy) to validate autonomous vehicle behaviors and ensure safety of complex autonomy logic. You will design simulation pipelines, develop varied testing scenarios, and guide improvements through data-driven analysis.

Experienced in Python and autonomy validation, you will work in a 100% remote environment with flexible hours and global collaboration opportunities. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, QA, or Validation Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis and pipelines.
• Strong understanding of autonomy validation and testing methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement simulation pipelines to evaluate autonomous vehicle performance.
• Create diverse testing scenarios to stress-test autonomy logic across domains.
• Oversee large-scale data analysis to identify edge cases and improve reliability.
• Manage offline evaluation frameworks to provide actionable feedback to engineering teams.
• Establish automated testing protocols for mission-critical software.
