IQVIA is seeking a TMF Quality Project Manager or Records Management Analyst for full home-based work in LATAM. You will coordinate TMF-related records across trials, ensuring SOP, GCP and regulatory compliance while leading project teams when needed.

You’ll manage imaging/scanning workflows, support data transfer between sites, and train staff on records-management practices to safeguard data integrity and project timelines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Records Management or related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a technically related records management environment.
• Experience with TMF oversight, review and/or reconciliation across clinical studies.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of technology applications relevant to records management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within defined timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate transfer, imaging, scanning, retention and disposition of project records.
• Ensure all work complies with SOPs, policies, GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead teams functionally, including scope, budgets and resources.
• Interface with internal departments to support retrieval projects and timelines.
• Train staff on records management policies and procedures.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Oversee disposal of obsolete records and maintain storage space and equipment.
