FinOps Weekly is seeking a Senior Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure timely delivery, quality and adherence to IQVIA SOPs across global studies.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead position, and strong English communication. You will mentor staff, develop analytics strategies, and maintain audit-ready study documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IPs.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate resources.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools.
• Ensure study documentation is audit-ready and compliant.
