NeoWork is seeking proactive Tier 1 Player Support Specialists to assist players via chat and email, resolving gameplay, account, and technical inquiries with a high-quality support experience.

This is a 100% home-based role with required in-person sessions in Medellín, Colombia, and growth opportunities within the company. Candidates should have strong written English, enjoy gaming, and be comfortable in data-driven workflows.

Formación

• Strong written English (B2+) and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in customer or player support is preferred.
• Interest in gaming and MMO/strategy games.

Responsabilidades

• Handle player inquiries via chat and email related to gameplay, accounts, payments, and technical issues.
• Investigate and resolve cases using internal tools and data.
• Maintain detailed records following established workflows.
• Coordinate QA for issues and provide updates to players.
• Collect and share player insights to improve the experience.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and code of conduct.
• Stay updated on game features and events.
