RTX in Puerto Rico is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to develop, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation. You will translate complex technical information into clear content while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work with Word and PowerPoint to produce polished documents, manage multiple priorities, and maintain up-to-date documentation repositories in SharePoint and Teams.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent with at least 2 years in documentation.
• 2+ years creating, editing, formatting, and producing technical and non-technical documentation.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear content for varied audiences.
• Advanced proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, edit, format, and maintain technical and business documentation.
• Translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure documentation adheres to standards and guidelines.
• Manage multiple requests, track progress, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain SharePoint and Teams repositories for accessibility.
• Provide status updates and communicate risks or delays.
• Deliver excellent customer service for documentation requests.
• Leverage Word and PowerPoint to produce polished materials.
