BairesDev is seeking a Technical Manager to be the technical expert in discussions with leads and prospects, translating complex challenges into concrete delivery strategies. You will work with sales, delivery and presales to outline value, team composition, and project estimates, shaping how technology solutions are sold and delivered.

You’ll lead technical conversations, travel to meet clients, and provide consultancy on best practices across software engineering, AI, data, cloud, and quality,

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the SDLC building software with teams.
• 3+ years in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
• Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience in at least one.
• Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have expertise in Data and Analytics, Quality, Cloud, Engineering, or AI.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with leads and prospects alongside the sales team, translating requirements into digestible documents and articulating the value proposition of our delivery model.
• Travel to meet leads and attend events, acting as the technical expert showcasing our capabilities and approach.
• Engage in technical conversations with leads to determine ideal solutions and team compositions.
• Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations for potential clients.
• Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.
