Ascend BPO Services Inc. in Barranquilla is hiring a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to support recruiting, pre-employment screening, onboarding, and ongoing HR tasks for a U.S.-based Amazon Delivery Service Partner.

The role requires strong English, organized communication, and comfort with outbound calls. You’ll manage candidate pipelines in Indeed, schedule interviews, coordinate background checks, drug testing, and ADP onboarding, while safeguarding confidential information.

Competenze

• Strong written and spoken English is required.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding or HR coordination is preferred.
• Based in Barranquilla, Colombia and able to work during U.S. business hours.

Mansioni

• Manage the Indeed recruiting pipeline, review applications, and update candidate statuses.
• Lead virtual recruiting sessions and coordinate interview scheduling with leadership.
• Explain job expectations and next steps to candidates clearly.
• Coordinate background checks, drug testing, and ADP onboarding.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-up with leadership.
