Zohorecruit in Barranquilla, Colombia is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to search talent for USA companies. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring a great candidate experience.

You will collaborate with U.S. hiring managers, stay updated on labor market trends, and use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards to optimize hiring. English proficiency and a proactive, results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• English Level B2-C1 (Mandatory). You will communicate daily with English-speaking managers and candidates.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: From sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with the needs of the U.S. market.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards to manage and optimize selection processes.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluations to identify top talent.
• Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand specific profiles and requirements.
• Stay updated on U.S. labor market trends, recruitment best practices, and employer branding strategies.
