VirtueStaff LLC is seeking a strategically minded Static Social Media Ad Designer to own static ad production for paid social campaigns. You will conduct audience and competitor research, create high-conversion visuals, and analyze performance data in Meta Ads Manager and Motion to iterate on winning creatives.

Preferred candidates have a proven portfolio of direct-response social ads and experience in ecommerce or local services such as med spas, beauty, and dermatology.

Formación

• Proven portfolio of conversion-focused static ads.
• Experience with direct-response design principles and ad hooks.
• Ability to read and interpret performance data from ad platforms.
• Experience with social listening and trend analysis.
• Preferred experience with ecommerce or local service sectors like med spas, beauty, dermatology.

Responsabilidades

• Design high-converting static ads for paid social campaigns across Meta and other channels.
• Own static creative production to free leadership for strategy.
• Conduct audience and competitor research to identify trends and hooks.
• Review performance metrics to analyze test results and identify top themes.
• Develop visual iterations and A/B test concepts based on data insights to improve ROAS.
• Create clear visuals with strong CTAs for target engagement.
• Produce organic social graphics to support brand strategy.
