Job summary

Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Operations Engineer to join the client’s 24/7 IT infrastructure team. You will manage monitoring, incident response, and automated remediation in a regulated environment, with a swing shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM PST.

You’ll balance incident command, technical troubleshooting, and project leadership while collaborating with developers, vendors, and internal incident management to ensure high availability and scalable performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an Operations Center (SRO/NOC) or cloud infrastructure with hands‑on deployments.
• Strong Linux/UNIX and Windows admin, troubleshooting, and scripting skills.
• Experience with AWS monitoring tools (CloudWatch, etc.) and enterprise SRE practices.
• Proficiency in CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Ability to automate tasks using Python or shell scripting; excellent written/verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating with developers, vendors, and incident management teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi‑platform IT infrastructure health with monitoring dashboards.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and cross‑team communications.
• Coordinate deployments with CI/CD tools to achieve zero‑downtime releases.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors and incident management on escalations.
• Drive medium to large infrastructure projects like migrations and cloud upgrades.
• Maintain SOPs and oversee backups with tools like CommVault and Veeam.
