Truelogic is seeking a Site Reliability Operations (SRO) professional to ensure 24/7 stability of internal IT infrastructure and mission-critical backend systems. The role balances incident command, technical troubleshooting, and project leadership in a high-stakes, regulated environment.

This is a swing shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM PST, with responsibilities spanning monitoring, deployments, and collaboration with developers and vendors. Join a remote team serving top U.S. companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an Operations Center (SRO/NOC) or cloud infra with hands-on deployments.
• Proficiency in Windows and UNIX/Linux administration and log analysis.
• Practical experience with AWS services and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate tasks.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, ServiceNow, Jira, and backup solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-platform IT infrastructure health using monitoring tools and refine alerts.
• Escalation point for complex issues; troubleshoot across OS and virtual environments.
• Coordinate and deploy code using CI/CD tools for non-disruptive updates.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors, and incident management teams.
• Lead infrastructure projects including migrations and cloud upgrades.
• Maintain SOPs and oversee backups with CommVault, Veeam, and AWS Backup.
