Chainlink Labs is seeking a Senior SRE/Platform Engineer to scale our Kubernetes-based CI/CD, build environments, and automation. You will codify platform logic into Operators and GitOps workflows, enabling product teams to ship faster with reliable infrastructure.

Join a team building the core platform primitives, with emphasis on observability, SLOs, and secure access for CI/CD and remote dev environments. This role is global and remote.

Formación

• 6–9+ years in SRE / Platform / Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven experience scaling Kubernetes in high-throughput production environments.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise beyond operating clusters — internals, scheduler behavior, CRDs.
• Experience building platform infrastructure, control planes, or Kubernetes Operators.
• Strong distributed systems and production reliability experience.
• Terraform/GitOps ownership — automation design, not just playbooks.
• GitOps workflows (Flux / ArgoCD) experience.
• Hands-on CI/CD platform experience at scale: GitHub Actions, Apps, and build systems.
• AWS/cloud infrastructure production experience.
• Go or other systems language proficiency.
• Automation-first mindset with a track record of primitives over ops.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build infrastructure primitives that scale our CI/CD platform, build systems, and developer environments across the org.
• Develop and operate the Kubernetes-based control plane behind our CI/CD platform, including autoscaling runner infra, GitHub Apps, and Flux/ArgoCD deployments.
• Create core infrastructure components like Kubernetes Operators and scaling automation adopted by product teams.
• Build systems that shape reliability and scalability of the developer experience across the company.
• This role is not pure operational support, but shapes how teams build, test, and deploy.
