Sharesource is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to help ensure that customer environments running on ARC and Fusion operate reliably on Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare edge services. You will maintain availability, performance, and security of customer websites, respond to incidents, and drive continuous improvements across the platform.

The role emphasizes proactive communication and automation to reduce toil.

Formación

• 3+ years in DevOps, cloud operations, or SRE.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in production.
• Experience supporting enterprise web platforms on .NET‑based solutions.
• Pursuing or holding the AZ‑400 DevOps Engineer certification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer platform support for ARC and Fusion on Azure.
• Own and resolve Zendesk tickets; investigate and resolve issues.
• Respond rapidly to production incidents affecting websites or infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot Azure networking, deployments, and app environments; document learnings.
