Sharesource is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure customer environments on ARC and Fusion run reliably on Azure with Cloudflare edge services. The role focuses on incident management, automation, and collaboration with product teams to improve platform reliability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in DevOps or SRE, hands-on Azure production experience, and familiarity with enterprise web platforms; AZ-400 is highly desirable. Remote with local Colombia base, occasional onsite events.

Formación

• 3+ years in DevOps, cloud operations, or site reliability roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure in production.
• Experience with enterprise web platforms or .NET‑based solutions like Sitecore is a plus.
• AZ‑400 DevOps Engineer certification (highly desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Customer Platform Support and Incident Management.
• Provide technical support for customer environments using ARC and Fusion within Azure.
• Own and resolve support requests raised through Zendesk with thorough investigation.
• Respond rapidly to production incidents affecting customer websites or infrastructure.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues across Azure, networking, deployments and application environments.
• Assist customers with configuration and operational questions related to ARC and Fusion deployments.
• Perform root cause analysis after incidents and contribute preventative improvements.
• Collaborate with customer development teams on application‑level issues.
• Maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify opportunities to automate operational tasks or improve support processes.
• Work with Product and Development teams to provide platform reliability feedback.
