MonetizeMore is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer to join our global technical operations team. This role blends deep technical problem-solving with direct client consultation, focusing on the Brazilian market and Portuguese-speaking customers.

As the face of our technical expertise, you will guide customers through adoption of advanced ad-tech products, work across internal teams, and ensure zero downtime and optimal revenue for high-value accounts.

Formación

• 5+ years in a highly technical, client-facing role.
• Portuguese fluency + strong English for internal/global collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of front-end web tech: JavaScript/HTML/CSS and HTTP protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer-facing problem solving and adoption for premium publishers.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for integration issues.
• Lead Brazilian market implementations and troubleshooting calls in Portuguese.
• Develop custom code solutions (JavaScript/HTML) for client sites and apps.
• Bridge customer needs with product/engineering to influence roadmap.
• Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear value propositions for customers.
