MonetizeMore is seeking a highly technical, customer-obsessed Lead Solution Engineer to join our global technical operations team. You will directly engage with our premium publishers, solving complex problems and guiding adoption of our ad-tech products.

This role focuses on our Brazilian market, requiring native Portuguese and strong English collaboration with global teams. You will lead troubleshooting, onboarding, and technical consultations, translating complex concepts into value for

Formación

• 5+ years in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager).
• Native or professional fluency in Portuguese and excellent English for internal collaboration.
• Strong practical knowledge of front-end web technologies (JavaScript ES6+, HTML, CSS) and HTTP/network protocols.
• Ad Tech exposure with GAM, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, or GPT is preferred.
• Empathetic problem-solver with ability to translate issues into clear fixes.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers; diagnose and resolve integration issues.
• Lead implementation calls and troubleshooting sessions with Brazilian customers in Portuguese.
• Oversee end-to-end technical onboarding of MonetizeMore's tools (PubGuru, Advanced Ads) for high-value accounts.
• Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations for client sites and apps.
