INGEPSY is seeking a detail-oriented Software QA Analyst in Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia. The role focuses on evaluating software applications to meet functional and business requirements, designing effective test scenarios, and communicating findings clearly.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to QA process improvements while supporting release validation and production checks. Strong analytical skills and experience with QA methodologies are essential.

Formación

• Experience in software QA and testing
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop test cases
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and defect tracking
• Familiarity with test management tools and SDLC concepts
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and specs to plan tests
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scenarios
• Execute manual and automated tests across apps and environments
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Identify, document, and track defects with repro steps
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts throughout SDLC
