• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance and functional testing.
• Strong knowledge of functional testing methodologies and test case design and execution.
• Experience with defect management, ticketing, and tracking systems.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.

Responsabilidades

• Execute quality assurance activities, including test case design, execution, maintenance, defect tracking, and functional validation.
• Analyze requirements and technical docs to identify testing scenarios, coverage needs, and risks.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation for adequate coverage.
• Identify and track defects, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
• Generate testing reports, results, and quality insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by refining testing processes and practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives.
• Support knowledge-sharing and QA documentation maintenance.
• Work with local and global teams to ensure successful project delivery.
